🇪🇺 Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
Under EU law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing any reason.

Simney covers return shipping costs for confirmed damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
💸 Return Shipping (Withdrawal Cases)
If you are exercising your 14-day right of withdrawal:

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.

We will refund the full purchase price, including the original standard delivery cost (as required by EU law).
Refunds may be reduced if the item shows signs of excessive handling beyond what is necessary.
