This policy applies to customers located within the European Union.

We want you to shop with confidence. Your statutory rights under EU consumer protection law are fully respected.

🇪🇺 Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

Under EU law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving the goods by contacting:

After notifying us, you have an additional 14 days to return the item.

The item must be returned unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

❌ Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized
Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery
Goods that have been used beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning

Additionally:

Please note that certain products are not eligible for return. This is clearly stated in the product description on the respective product page before purchase.

Items marked as non-returnable are excluded in accordance with applicable EU regulations.

✅ Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is:

Damaged on arrival
Defective
Incorrect

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photo or video evidence.

Under EU law, you are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund for faulty goods.

Simney covers return shipping costs for confirmed damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

💸 Return Shipping (Withdrawal Cases)

If you are exercising your 14-day right of withdrawal:

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.
We will refund the full purchase price, including the original standard delivery cost (as required by EU law).

Refunds may be reduced if the item shows signs of excessive handling beyond what is necessary.

📦 Return Instructions

Returns must not be sent without prior approval.

Depending on the product, returns may be directed to:

An EU warehouse, or
A designated fulfillment facility

You will receive detailed return instructions after contacting us.

💰 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Processing time: 5–10 business days

Refunds will be processed no later than 14 days after we receive the returned goods or proof of return.
