📜 Terms & Conditions — Simney

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Simney website and the purchase of products from us. By accessing our website and placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

These Terms apply exclusively to customers located within the European Union.

🛍 Online Store Terms

By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old or have parental consent

  • All information provided is accurate and complete

  • You are authorized to use the selected payment method

  • You agree to our Return & Refund Policy and Shipping Policy

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability.

All prices are displayed in EUR (€) and include VAT where applicable under EU legislation.

For products shipped from outside the European Union, additional import VAT, customs duties, or handling fees may apply depending on local regulations. Such charges are the responsibility of the customer unless VAT or import fees are clearly included and indicated at checkout.

🚫 Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled before they are processed or shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. However, customers within the EU have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy and applicable EU consumer protection laws.

📦 Product Availability & Sourcing

Our products may be sourced from suppliers located within the European Union or internationally.

Availability may change without prior notice. In the event that a product becomes unavailable after purchase, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

Delivery times may vary depending on warehouse location and customs procedures where applicable.

🛃 Customs & Import Regulations

For products shipped from outside the European Union:

  • Import VAT, customs duties, or handling fees may apply

  • These charges are determined by local customs authorities

  • Customers are responsible for paying such charges if applicable

Simney is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or regulatory inspections.

⚠️ Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Simney shall not be liable for:

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers or customs authorities

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

  • Events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure), including natural disasters, strikes, or transportation disruptions

Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights granted under applicable EU law.

⚖️ Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden and applicable European Union legislation.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Swedish courts, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights in the customer’s country of residence within the EU.
