We currently ship to all countries within the European Union.

🚚 Shipping Cost

✅ Free shipping on all orders — no minimum purchase required.

⏱ Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

📬 Delivery Time

Delivery times depend on the supplier location:

🌏 China Warehouse: 14–21 business days

Most products are shipped from EU warehouses when available.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination country and carrier conditions.

📩 Split Shipments

If you order multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages and at different times due to different warehouse locations.

🛃 Customs, VAT & Import Duties

As we work with suppliers both within the European Union and internationally, shipping origin may vary depending on product availability.

  • No customs duties apply.

  • VAT is handled in accordance with the EU One-Stop Shop (OSS) scheme.

  • No additional charges will apply upon delivery.

🌏 Orders shipped from outside the EU (e.g., China)

For orders with a value under €150:

  • VAT may be collected at checkout under the Import One-Stop Shop (IOSS) system.

  • In such cases, no additional VAT should be charged upon delivery.

If VAT is not collected at checkout or if the order exceeds €150:

  • Import VAT, customs duties, or carrier handling fees may apply.

  • These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.

Simney is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
