We currently ship to all countries within the European Union.

✅ Free shipping on all orders — no minimum purchase required.
⏱ Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
📬 Delivery Time
Delivery times depend on the supplier location:
🇪🇺 EU Warehouse: 5–7 business days
🌏 China Warehouse: 14–21 business days
Most products are shipped from EU warehouses when available.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination country and carrier conditions.
📦 Split Shipments
If you order multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages and at different times due to different warehouse locations.
🛃 Customs, VAT & Import Duties
As we work with suppliers both within the European Union and internationally, shipping origin may vary depending on product availability.
🇪🇺 Orders shipped from within the EU

🌏 Orders shipped from outside the EU (e.g., China)
For orders with a value under €150:

VAT may be collected at checkout under the Import One-Stop Shop (IOSS) system.

In such cases, no additional VAT should be charged upon delivery.
If VAT is not collected at checkout or if the order exceeds €150:
